摘要：

近年来，随着介入技术的进步和材料学的发展，大量关于B型主动脉夹层（B型夹层）腔内治疗的临床研究结果得到发表。在此基础上形成的指南和专家共识为临床决策提供了重要参考。同时，随着对该疾病认识的深入，新的治疗争议也在不断出现。我国每年有大量的B型夹层病人接受腔内治疗。了解该领域的共识与争议，可以更好地为病人提供针对性的治疗，同时通过进一步的研究来丰富现有的临床证据。

Abstract    More recently， with the development of interventional techniques and materials， various studies on endovascular therapy of type B aortic dissection （TBAD） have been published. The guidelines and expert consensus arising from the clinical evidence provide important guides to clinical decision-making. However， controversies regarding optimum therapeutic strategies are also emerging. Each year in China， there are many TBAD patients receiving thoracic endovascular aortic repair （TEVAR）. To understand the consensus and controversy in this field is beneficial for the management of these patients， as well as enriching contemporary clinical evidence by further researches.
