摘要：

用基因重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗肾性贫血时，补充铁剂很重要。要正确补充铁剂就必须首先了解机体铁状态，铁状态检验结果必须与患者血红蛋白水平、rHuEPO使用剂量及治疗反应一起进行综合分析，才能正确制定补铁治疗方案。为此，本文将结合指南内容对下列问题做一讨论：评估机体铁状态的重要性、评估机体铁状态的检测指标及如何正确判读及应用铁状态检验结果来指导肾性贫血治疗。

Abstract:

Iron supplementation was proved crucial in the treatment of renal anemia with recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO).For appropriate iron supplementation，the iron states should be assessed.In this regard，the current review outlined the following issuesnamely，significance of iron state assessment，interpretation of their test results and application of them to guide the treatment of renal anemia.Treatment protocol for iron supplementation should be established by the integration of hemoglobin concentration，dosage of rHuEPO and its therapeutic response.
