摘要：

IgA肾病是最常见的肾小球疾病，但由于临床和病理表现多样，预后各不相同，治疗方案一直以来缺乏共识。2012年6月国际肾脏病学会发表了改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)提出的关于肾小球疾病的治疗指南——KDIGO指南，其中包括IgA肾病的KDIGO治疗指南。该指南根据当前IgA肾病治疗的循证医学研究的最新进展，为临床医生能够更加科学和合理地选择治疗方案提供了重要的依据。本文就该指南中的几个重要问题进行分析和解读，供同行参考。

Abstract:

IgA nephropathy has been the common glomerulonephropathy and may vary in terms of prognosis based on different clinical and pathological manifestations.This could have accounted for the lack of consensus regarding treatment protocols.In 2012，International Society for Nephropathy launched the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) clinical practice guideline for the treatment of glomerulonephritis，including IgA nephropathy.On the basis of latest evidencebased research progress in the treatment of IgA nephropathy，the guideline provided clinicians with pivotal evidences regarding selection of treatment protocols，in a scientific and reasonable manner.In this short communication，several key issues were analyzed and interpreted for clinicians reference.
