Abstract: Cryoablation is a method of destroying lesions by rapid in situ freezing，and has been clinically applied in the treatment of many solid tumors and other common maxillofacial diseases in stomatology. Given the advantages of low trauma and few complications，cryoablation can bring good treatment results to patients，and has important clinical application prospects. This article reviews the research progress in cryoablation in the treatment of maxillofacial diseases，introducing the development，immune effects and clinical applications of cryoablation in the treatment of common diseases in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

摘要： 冷冻消融术是一种通过原位快速冷冻破坏病变的方法，在口腔多种实体瘤和其他常见颌面部疾病的治疗中已有临床应用。鉴于其创伤小、并发症少等优点，冷冻消融术能为患者带来良好的治疗效果，具有重要的临床应用前景。文章就冷冻消融术在颌面部疾病治疗中应用的研究进展做一综述，介绍其在口腔颌面外科常见疾病治疗中的发展、免疫效应及临床应用。
