Abstract: Bacteria affect human life,and oral bacterial infection can also cause periodontitis and peri-implantitis. The antibacterial effect of nanomaterials has been widely studied. For dental implants,implant surface material modification has become a method to prevent bacterial infection. The antibacterial effect of molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)-based materials is mainly through electron transfer,which results in reactive oxygen species(ROS)and glutathione(GSH)oxidation-reduction and thus destroys bacteria,often acting synergistically in a multi-antimicrobial manner. This article reviews the research progress of antibacterial coating on MoS2-based titanium surfaces in the field of dental implantology.

摘要: 细菌影响人类生活,口腔细菌感染还会引起牙周炎和种植体周围炎等疾病。纳米材料的抗菌作用已被广泛研究,对于口腔种植而言,种植体表面材料改性已成为预防细菌感染的一种方法,其中二硫化钼(MoS2)基材料抗菌主要是通过电子转移从而导致活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)和谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)的氧化还原作用破坏细菌,通常为多重抗菌方式协同作用。文章就MoS2基钛表面抗菌涂层在口腔种植领域相关研究进展做一综述。
