Abstract: The incidence rate of primary tooth injury is high，which causes serious physical injury and psychological impact on the injured children. Most of the reports on primary tooth trauma focus on epidemiological research，while a few studies on the diagnosis，treatment and prognosis of primary tooth trauma. The article refers to the 2020 International Dental Trauma Association Guidelines，combined with the new concept of primary tooth injury treatment in recent years，comprehensively and systematically expounds the classification，diagnosis and treatment principles and prognosis of primary tooth injury，aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of primary tooth injury.

摘要： 乳牙外伤发生率高，严重影响患儿的身心健康。目前关于乳牙外伤的研究多数集中在流行病学调查，较少关注乳牙外伤诊治原则及预后。文章参考2020年国际牙外伤协会指南，结合近来年乳牙外伤治疗新理念，全面系统地阐述乳牙外伤的分类、诊治原则及预后等，为乳牙外伤的临床诊疗提供参考。
