注射微整形技术在颌面部软组织缺陷修复中的应用

作者简介:刘策励，医学博士、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任重庆医科大学附属口腔医院整形美容中心主任。兼任中华医学会医学美容分会美容外科学组委员，中国美容化妆品商会专家委员会委员，中国人民武装警察部队烧伤整形专业委员会副主任委员，中华医学会重庆市烧伤整形专业委员会副主任委员，重庆市卫生局医疗美容质控专家组副组长。长期从事烧伤后期整形和面部整形美容临床工作，特别是颌面部软组织缺陷矫治、性别重建等研究。参与国家重点实验室基金项目等，发表论文20余篇，参编专著1部，获军队科技进步三等奖1项。

Abstract：The application of micro plastic injection technology developmed rapidly in the cosmetic surgery，and its unique advantages of small trauma and fast recovery gradually showed up in the repair of maxillofacial soft tissue defects. This paper focuses on the recent and commonly used micro plastic materials，drug and their characteristics in the micro plastic injection. Micro plastic injection technology has broad application prospects in maxillofacial soft tissue defect repair，whether used alone or as a supplement of orthognathic and orthodontic surgery.

摘要：

注射微整形技术在美容外科的应用迅猛发展，在颌面部软组织缺陷的修复治疗中也逐渐显示出其创伤小、恢复快的独特优势。本文就近年来注射微整形所常用的材料、药物及其特性进行了重点介绍。无论单独使用还是作为正颌、正畸修复手术的补充，注射微创技术在颌面部软组织缺陷修复中具有广阔的应用前景。
