Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the bonding strength of fiber posts cemented to root canals of two resin adhesive systems, as well as the bonding strength between two resin adhesive systems. To offer the rational selection on how to get the best bonding strength when using the resin adhesive systems in post-cores restoration during clinical practice. Methods A total of 30 second premolars which were simple root canal with similar shape and size were selected.The teeth were randomly devided into 3 groups after endodontic treatment,10 samples in each group.Luxacore and 3M Unicem resin were used respectively and at the same time to bond fiber-posts.The roots were cut into 2.0 mm-thick sections;all the sections were tested by push-out test which was performed with a universal testing machine.The bonding strength values were compared,and fracture modes of interface were observed using stereomicroscope. Results significant differences existed among 3 groups. There was statistically significant difference between group C and group A,as well as group C and group B(P<0.05),but no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).The major fracture mode of group A and B was bonding failure between cements and dentine,but on the other side,fracture mode of group C was almost the bonding failure between two cements. Conclusion The bonding strengths between two cements are lower than either one’s bonding strength which cement to dentine or fiber-posts.

摘要:
目的 评价两种树脂粘接系统对纤维桩及两者间的粘接强度,为临床上使用该两种树脂粘接系统行纤维桩核修复时获得最佳粘接强度提供实验依据。方法 选择2012年7月至2013年1月广东省中山市人民医院口腔医疗中心颌面外科因正畸需要而拔除的单根管第二前磨牙30颗,行根管治疗后随机分为3组,每组10颗,分别用Luxacore树脂(A组)、3M Unicem自粘接树脂(B组)及同时应用两种树脂系统(C组)将纤维桩粘接于标本根管内,制备2 mm厚的薄片样本,在万能试验机上采用微推出法测试,计算各试件的粘接强度,体视显微镜下观察各试件的粘接界面破坏方式。结果 三组试件的粘接强度总的比较,差异具有统计学意义,组间两两比较显示:C组与A、B组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组试件的粘接界面破坏方式:A组与B组以水门汀与牙本质粘接失败为主,C组中绝大部分是两种水门汀间的粘接失败。结论 两种树脂系统间的粘接强度低于各自对牙本质或纤维桩的粘接强度。
