  • 作者简介:王勤涛,第四军医大学口腔医学院牙周黏膜病科教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会副主任委员、口腔种植专业委员会委员,国际牙医师学院院士,《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》副主编,《实用口腔医学杂志》及《中国实用口腔科杂志》编委等职。主要研究方向为牙周组织再生的促进技术及机制、牙周病与系统健康的相关性、口腔黏膜病的免疫病理机制等。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目3 项、国家“十五”科技攻关项目1 项、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划子课题1 项及省部级课题3 项。发表学术论文120 余篇。主编卫生部口腔医学专业研究生规划教材《牙周病学》。获军队院校育才银奖。

Abstract:

Abstract: Periodontitis can result in variable destruction of the tooth-supporting bone,which can affect the disease extent,tooth stability and the recovery. Periodontal osseous surgery such as flap and osteoplasty are the procedures by which changes in the alveolar bone can be accomplished to rid it of deformities induced by the periodontal disease process or other factors. Bone grafts and GTR are the techniques helping regeneration of the lost bone and reestablishment of the whole periodontium. Different techniques can also be used together based on their own characteristics and clinical needs. The present paper introduced some concepts of the periodontal osseous and reconstructive surgery from different clinical aspects, such as the classification,biomaterials used,basic methods,related factors and the evaluation of effects.

摘要:

牙周炎可导致临床上出现各种骨形态异常,影响病情程度、牙齿稳固和组织修复,易使病损迁延难愈。牙周骨性手术从最基本的翻瓣术和骨成形术开始修整因病损改变的骨壁外形,用骨移植术和引导性组织再生术来弥补自身组织修复不足和选择性促进不同组织再生,到联合应用不同技术提高综合疗效,均有各自特点和适应条件。本文主要从牙周骨性手术的类型、应用材料、基本技术要点、影响因素、疗效评价和发展等方面进行简要对比阐述;为更好的临床选择和应用提供管窥之见。
