Abstract: Abstract：Objective To summarize the application of tongue crib to correcting bad tongue habit to treat anterior crossbite. Methods A total of 24 cases of anterior crossbite were chosen for this study. There were 12 males and 12 females，aged from 5 to 11 years with average age of 7.5 years. All cases were treated by tongue crib to correct bad tongue habit and eliminate the abnormal thrust to the mandibular arch;chin cup was used to restrain the over-growth of mandible. Results When treatment finished，all the 24 cases obtained satisfactory results，and tongue bad habit and position were corrected;anterior crossbite was corrected;occlusion was perfect and facial profile was improved. Conclusion Tongue crib can effectively correct bad tongue habit and position，eliminate the abnomal thrust to the mandibular arch. It is a preferable scheme of interceptive orthodontics for anterior crossbite.

摘要： 目的 研究应用舌刺纠正不良舌习惯并联合头帽颏兜限制下颌骨过度生长矫治前牙反牙合的疗效。方法 选择2010年10月至2012年3月在中国医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科就诊的安氏Ⅲ类前牙反牙合患儿24例，全部病例均设计应用舌刺破除不良习惯并消除舌对下牙弓的异常推力，配合头帽颏兜限制下颌骨的过度生长。结果 24例患儿均达到良好的矫治效果，舌不良习惯及不良位置得到了纠正，前牙反牙合解除，后牙咬合关系良好，达到了治疗反牙合和改善面部美观的目的。结论 舌刺能有效纠正舌不良习惯及不良位置，去除了舌对下牙弓的异常推力，配合头帽颏兜限制下颌骨过度生长，是矫治安氏Ⅲ类前牙反牙合的可行的矫治方案。
