Abstract:

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of combined stup-type attachment and ERA-type attachment for overdenture in dentition defect. Methods Stup-type attachments was placed on natural root and extracoronal ERA-type attachments on the ceramic crown in 27 patients with overdenture on Kennedy Ⅰ，Ⅱin dentition defect . The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. Results Combined design of stup-type attachments and ERA-type attachment had practically improved the aesthetic appearance，feeling comfort，retention and solid performance，with powerful masticatory force in clinical appliance. Conclusion Stup-type attachments combined with extracoronal attachments can achieve satisfying result in the restoration of dentition defect .

摘要：

目的 评价球帽型附着体与ERA型冠外附着体联合应用于牙列缺损修复的临床效果。方法 选择2005年3月至 2008年5月于辽宁省人民医院口腔科就诊的Kennedy第一、第二类牙列缺损患者27例，于根上放置球帽型附着体，烤瓷冠上放置ERA型冠外附着体，两种固位体联合应用于牙列缺损修复，并经6个月到3年临床随访观察。结果 两种附着体联合应用后义齿美观、舒适、固位和稳固性能明显提高，咀嚼有力。结论 球帽型附着体与ERA型附着体联合应用能达到良好的修复效果。
