牙周膜龈手术联合冠修复改善伴中度牙槽骨吸收的上前牙严重龈乳头缺陷的初步探索（附1例1年随访报告）

摘要： 上前牙的龈乳头缺陷（黑三角）是临床常见的美学问题，其发生受到牙根相对位置关系、牙冠外形、牙周软硬组织等多因素影响，如何针对病因进行多学科综合治疗是最终体现良好美学效果的关键。文章展示1例伴有中度牙槽骨吸收的上前牙严重龈乳头缺陷的病例诊治过程，介绍了针对该问题的病情分析和采用牙周膜龈手术结合全冠修复的治疗细节，为类似病例的临床诊治和美学效果改善提供参考。

Abstract: Interdental papilla defect（black triangle）in aesthetic area of maxillary anterior teeth is a common aesthetic defect in clinical practice，caused by various factors such as the relative position of the tooth root，the shape of the crown，and the periodontal tissue.  Multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment targeting the causes is the key to reflecting the good final aesthetic results. This article illustrates a case of severe interdental papilla defect accompanied with moderate alveolar bone resorption which received periodontal mucogingival surgery and crown restorations including aesthetic analysis and planning and clinical implementation process，providing references for clinical practice.
