FiltekTM Z350纳米流动复合树脂充填浅型楔状缺损临床疗效研究#br#

摘要: 目的    观察FiltekTM Z350纳米流动复合树脂充填浅型楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法    选择2009年6月至2010年5月来福建医科大学附属口腔医院牙体牙髓科就诊的牙颈部楔状缺损深度不超过1 mm的患者49例(128颗患牙),将患者左右同名牙随机分为试验组(64颗)和对照组(64颗),分别应用FiltekTM Z350纳米流动树脂和Dyract-AP复合体进行充填修复。治疗后12个月以改良美国公共卫生服务评价体系(USPHS)直接临床评价系统评估临床疗效。结果    随访12个月,试验组满意率(93.44%)高于对照组(65%)。在修复体表面情况和修复体着色方面,试验组修复体脱落发生率及充填体着色发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);在边缘密合性方面,试验组边缘密合性优于对照组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。在随访期间,两组材料充填修复后均未发生继发龋,充填体周围牙龈均正常。结论    FiltekTM Z350纳米流动复合树脂充填浅型楔状缺损可获得较好的临床疗效。

Abstract: Objective    To study the clinical effect of FiltekTM Z350 flowable nanocomposite on restoring shallow dental wedge-shaped defects and compare with Dyract-AP composites which is commonly used in clinic. Methods    The depth of 128 teeth with wedge-shaped defect was less than 1 mm. Test group was treated by FiltekTM Z350 flowable nanocomposite while the control was restored by Dyract compomer, respectively. The clinical effects after one year were evaluated directly by self-control method and the modified USPHS. Results    FiltekTM Z350 flowable nanocomposite exhibited better clinical effect than Dyract-AP composites on the retention and staining resistance. There was significant difference between two groups P < 0.05. The restoration falling, staining and marginal unadaptation teeth in FiltekTM Z350 were two (3.3%), one (1.7%) and one (1.7%) respectively, compared with nine (15%), nine (17.6%) and three(5.9%) respectively in Dyract-AP composites. And there were no cases of secondary caries and periodontitis in two groups. Conclusion    FiltekTM Z350 flowable nanocomposite exhibiteds better clinical effect on treating shallow dental wedge-shaped defects.
