磨牙症对种植修复影响及其对策

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 磨牙症是口腔科常见疾病，日益引起口腔医学各专业的关注；在种植修复中多被认为是种植失败的危险因素。目前，关于磨牙症与种植失败的关系及磨牙症患者种植时的特殊处置，均存在很大争议。磨牙症会对种植体产生超负荷，给种植体带来生物或生物机械方面的并发症。处理方法可以从磨牙症治疗、种植体数量及规格、牙合面形态的特殊设计、应用牙合垫保护等方面考虑。本文就磨牙症对种植修复的影响及其对策进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract：Bruxism is a common disease which draws more and more attention in dentistry，and is considered a risk factor of implant restoration. However，controversies still exist in the relationship between bruxism and dental implant failure，as well as the special managements of bruxism patients for implanting. Bruxism causes overload of dental implants，bringing biological complications and biomechanical complications. Practical guidelines involve treating bruxism，special design of implants’ number，dimensions and occlusal patterns，applying occlusal splints，etc. This article focuses on effects of bruxism and possible managements for implant restoration.
