专业修复牙膏治疗牙本质敏感症临床疗效评价

摘要： 目的    评价含有NovaMin技术的专业修复牙膏治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法    选择2011 年6月至2012 年2月在首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院口腔内科就诊的牙本质敏感症患者76 例（228颗患牙），患牙随机等分为试验组和对照组，分别采用舒适达专业修复牙膏和氟化钠甘油治疗。观察治疗后30 min、1周、3个月和6个月的疗效。结果    试验组治疗后30 min、1周、3个月及6个月有效率均明显高于对照组（P < 0.05 ）。结论    含NovaMin技术的专业修复牙膏治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果较好。

Abstract: Objective    To learn the clinical effect of daily repair toothpaste containing NovaMin technology for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods    Totally 228 sensitive teeth of 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups：test group and control group；observe immediate effect，one-week effect，3-month effect and half-a-year effect of the test group and the control group. Results      The effective rate of the test group’s immediate effect，one- week effect，3-month effect and half-a-year effect was significantly higher than that of the control group（P < 0.01）. Conclusion    The clinical effect of sensodyne daily repair toothpaste for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity is good.
