有限元分析法在种植全口覆盖义齿研究中应用进展

摘要: 种植全口覆盖义齿是依靠种植体基台、牙槽嵴和黏膜共同支持的全口覆盖义齿,并以其具有良好的固位、支持和稳定而越来越多地应用于临床。有限元分析法作为一种应用在多个领域的理论力学分析方法,从20世纪70 年代开始应用于口腔种植学领域,使种植义齿生物力学的研究进入了一个新阶段。本文就有限元分析法在种植全口覆盖义齿研究中的应用现状及进展做一综述。

Abstract: Implant overdenture depends on implant abutment,alveolar ridge and mucosa for common supporting of the overdenture, which is increasingly applied to clinic for its good retention,support and stability. Finite element method(FEA),as a kind of theoretical mechanics analysis method,is used in many areas,and has been applied to the field of oral implantology from 1970s,which helps the research of biomechanics of implant denture enter a new stage. This paper summarized the application situation and development of FEA in the research of the implant-supported overdenture.
