磨牙区即刻种植的种植体周围间隙处理

  • 作者简介:周延民，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任吉林大学口腔医学院院长。兼任中国医师协会口腔医师分会副会长，中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会常务委员，吉林省口腔医学会会长，长春市医学会理事，吉林省医学会口腔医学专科分会副主任委员，《中国实用口腔科杂志》及《口腔医学研究》副主编，《上海口腔医学》及《中国口腔医学年鉴》编委等职。发表论文90余篇，其中SCI 收录6篇。主编著作1 部，参编全国高等院校及研究生统编教材3部。主持和主要参与国家、省级基金项目9项。获省、市科技进步奖4项，教学成果奖2项，医疗成果奖5项。曾获“吉林省突出贡献中青年专业技术人才”等7项荣誉称号。

摘要：

即刻种植技术能够有效地保持剩余牙槽嵴的高度和宽度，临床已得到广泛应用。磨牙由于其自身的解剖特点，应用即刻种植技术时常在种植体与骨组织间存在一定间隙，从而影响种植体的初期稳定性及其有效骨结合。本文对磨牙即刻种植过程中，如何处理种植体-骨间隙问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:

Immediate implants which can effectively maintain the height and width of the alveolar ridge，has been widely used in clinical practice. Because of the molar's anatomical characteristics，often there is a certain gap between the implant and bone tissue during the immediate implantation，affecting the initial stability of the  implant and the effective osseointegration of the implant and bone. In this paper，how should deal with the gap between the implant and bone was discussed.
