审美指导对前牙美学修复影响研究

摘要：

目的    研究审美指导对前牙美学修复效果的影响。方法    选择2009年5月至2011年5月北京顺义中医医院口腔科及吉林大学口腔医院种植中心口腔门诊拟进行上前牙烤瓷修复的患者158例，根据随机数字表将患者分为试验组和对照组，各79例。试验组在常规治疗前进行系统的美学指导，对照组仅进行常规治疗。调查患者初次试戴烤瓷冠时对义齿颜色、形态、与面部协调程度的主观评分，比较观察试验组和对照组的临床疗效。结果    试验组的成功率为97.5%，对照组为88.6%。在义齿的颜色、形态、与面部协调程度上，试验组患者主观评分均明显大于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论    治疗前对患者的审美指导能够提高前牙美学修复效果。

Abstract:

Objective    To improve the result of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth by aesthetic guidance for patients. Methods    A total of 158 cases，which came from the Oral Department of Shunyi TCM Hospital of Beijing and the Implant Center of Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University，were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Aesthetic guidance was provided for the experimental group before the operation while the control group received normal. Both groups were recorded the scores according to the satisfactory indicators of patients trying on the PFMs  for the first time and clinical results were compared. Results    According to the comparison of the scores of color， shape and coordination of PFMs， there was statistical difference between the experimental group and control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion      Aesthetic guidance of patients can improve the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.
