应用种植体联合天然牙支持可摘局部义齿修复多数牙缺失

  • 作者简介:孙健，副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。2004年获上海第二医科大学口腔临床医学博士学位。现工作于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔修复科。2007—2008年受聘日本福冈齿科大学口腔种植科客员准教授。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔计算机专业委员会青年委员、上海口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会青年委员。研究方向为数字化口腔修复、口腔修复生物力学。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文近20篇（SCI收录2篇、EI收录2篇）。主编专著1部，副主编1部。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、上海市教委创新科研重点项目、上海交通大学医工结合项目、上海市信息化委员会专项基金等多项科研项目。2009年获中华口腔医学会首届口腔临床创新奖1项，2011年获亚洲口腔修复大会POSTER二等奖1项，获专利2项。

摘要：

天然牙联合种植体支持可摘局部义齿修复多数牙缺失，可以解决KennedyⅠ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损（特别是有多数牙齿的缺失）情况下，可摘局部义齿在固位、稳定、支持方面存在的问题。同时，这类修复方法也可作为由于患者骨组织或经济原因不能行固定种植义齿修复的一个很好的选择。然而，有关这类修复的基础研究与临床报道比较少，且仍缺乏系统性。本文从生物力学及临床设计须注意的问题两个方面对此进行初步的阐述。

Abstract:

With regard to partial edentulism with free end （the Kennedy ClassⅠ and Class Ⅱ），particularly for those patients who have multiple teeth missing，the removable partial denture supported by a combination of implants and natural teeth is a good solution which may provide sufficient retention，stability and support. And this treatment method can also be a good alternative for the patients who are not suitable to receive the treatment of implant supported fixed denture because of bone resprotion or economic limitation. However，the related basic research and clinical reports are still rare and not systematic. This paper discussed two aspects of this new treatment method，including biomechanics and clinical design.
