舌诊及其在口腔黏膜病诊治中的意义

  • 作者简介:张英，口腔医学博士，教授、主任医师，现任中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔黏膜科及综合急诊科副主任（主持工作）。兼任中华口腔医学会中西医结合专业委员会委员，辽宁省口腔黏膜专业学组常务副主任委员，辽宁省免疫学会常务理事，国际牙齿创伤学学会会员（IADT），辽宁省及沈阳市医疗事故鉴定委员会专家库成员。从事黏膜、牙体牙髓和牙周疾病治疗工作20余年，擅长黏膜病治疗、牙齿美学修复及综合治疗。在黏膜病的诊治中以舌诊、中医辨证、临床病理、鉴别诊断为特长，采用中西医结合治疗思维和手段，治疗、治愈和控制各类黏膜疾病，在口腔黏膜病发病机制及治疗方法的探索中曾获省级科技进步二等奖及市级科技局奖励。注重科研与临床实践结合，具有良好的医德医风，曾获院级“临床新技术奖”、“优秀医生奖”、“突出贡献奖”等奖项以及中国医科大学“二十佳青年”、“优秀共产党员”，沈阳地区“白杯赛行业服务标兵”等荣誉称号。

摘要：

口腔黏膜病病因复杂、发病机制不清，给临床医生的诊治工作带来了很大的困难和挑战。舌诊在我国传统中医理论中具有独特的价值，是“整体观念、辨证论治”的代表和体现。本文通过对舌诊历史发展及其中医理论体系特点、舌生理解剖特点和近代实验研究进行概况，诠释了舌诊的科学依据、突出贡献和未来的发展方向；通过对口腔黏膜病诊断和治疗中诸多现实问题的探讨，阐明了舌诊在口腔黏膜病诊治中的作用和意义。同时，本文还描述了舌诊是中西医结合治疗的关键和基础以及如何正确掌握舌诊技能的重要性，提倡在口腔黏膜病治疗中对舌诊重视并应用。

Abstract:

The etiology of oral mucosal diseases is complex and its pathogenesis is generally unclear， which brings difficulties and challenges in the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases to clinicians. Tongue diagnosis has a unique value and is the representative of the overall concept， diagnosis and treatment in our traditional Chinese medicine theory. In this paper， the history of the development of tongue diagnosis， the characteristics of theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and tongue’s anatomy and physiology， and also the overview of experimental studies in modern time are discussed for the purpose of making an interpretation of scientific basis for tongue diagnosis and its direction of development in the future. And the significance of grasping the skill of tongue inspection in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is also shown through the investigation of the various problems in diagnosis and treatment of oral mucosal diseases at the same time.
