摘要：

提要：根管预备是根管治疗过程中的难点之一。镍钛合金制成的根管机动预备器械与不锈钢器械相比具有良好的成形能力和抗腐蚀性能，在根管预备中，能取得更满意的成形和清理效果，临床应用前景良好。本文就镍钛器械的研究做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary：Root canal preparation is one of the difficulties in the root canal therapy process. Compared with stainless steel instruments，root canal preparation instruments made in nickel-titanium alloys have good forming ability and corrosion resistance，which can acquire satisfactory forming and cleaning effect. They also have good clinical application prospect. In this article，the research of nickel-titanium instruments is reviewed.
