β-catenin在人不同发育阶段胚胎颞下颌关节中表达变化研究

摘要：

目的    研究颞下颌关节（TMJ）中β连环蛋白（β-catenin）的表达分布特点以及在TMJ发育中的变化。方法    合法收集2005—2006年华西医科大学附属第二医院流产胎儿4个，其中3个月和6个月胚胎各2个。用免疫组化法检测3个月和6个月人胚胎TMJ中β-catenin的表达分布。结果    β-catenin在发育中的TMJ髁状突和关节盘软骨细胞中均有表达，在髁状突软骨各层及部分成熟骨细胞的细胞核中均可见阳性表达。结论    β-catenin参与TMJ关节软骨与骨的形成，还可能与其他因子共同作用于TMJ发育的各个过程。

Abstract:

Objective    To study the expression features of β-catenin in temporomandibular joint developmental process of embryos. Methods    β-catenin expressions and locations of temporomandibular joint were detected in different stages of embryos through immunohistochemistry method. Results    β-catenin expressed in chondrocytes and osteoblasts extensively in temporomandibular joint. Conclusion    β-catenin may be related to all stages of temporomandibular joint development.
