后牙反牙合对颞下颌关节影响的研究进展

摘要：

提要：后牙反牙合是一种临床常见的错牙合畸形，可引起关节、肌肉、咬合等方面的功能和结构改变，从而诱发颞下颌关节紊乱病（temporomandibular disorders， TMD）。本文针对后牙反牙合的病因和机制及其导致颞颌关节的功能和结构性改变，后牙反牙合与TMD的症状和体征的关系及早期矫治后颞下颌关节的变化，回顾相关文献，做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary： Posterior crossbite is one of the most prevalent malocclusions.It may bring functional and structural changes of temporomandibular joint， masticatory muscle and occlusion.It may induce temporomandibular disorders.This article reviewed the current state of knowledge about the etiology and mechanism of posterior crossbite， changes of temporomandibular joint on function and structure， crossbite and TMD signs and symptoms， changes of temporomandibular joint after early orthodontic treatment.
