Crystaleye自动比色仪在玻璃渗透氧化铝全瓷冠比色中应用研究

摘要:

目的    探讨Crystaleye自动比色仪在玻璃渗透氧化铝全瓷冠修复中比色的临床效果。方法    选择2009年3月至2010年3月于中国医科大学口腔医学院修复科就诊的前牙玻璃渗透氧化铝全瓷冠修复的患者119例(318颗患牙),随机分为对照组(157颗患牙)和试验组(161颗患牙),分别采用Vitapan 3D比色板和Crystaleye自动比色仪进行比色。修复后,用Crystaleye自动比色仪对各组修复体和比色参照的天然牙进行测色,计算每组修复体与天然牙的总色差(△E)和患者满意率。结果    对照组和试验组的△E分别为(2.14±0.66)NBS、(1.78±0.52)NBS,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。对照组患者满意率为66.24%,试验组患者满意率为80.12%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论    使用Crystaleye自动比色仪能更好地指导玻璃渗透氧化铝全瓷冠的颜色复制,提高临床修复效果。

Abstract:

Objective    To make a contrast study on the differences between Crystaleye,a computer - aided colorimeter, and visual shade matching,in order to guide future color selection of clinical glass infiltrated alumina ceramic crowns. Methods    From March 2009 to March 2010,we selected 119 patients(318 restorations)whose anterior teeth were restored by glass infiltrated alumina ceramic crown,and all of them came from Prosthodontics Department of our hospital. Then they were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, which respectively contained 157 restorations and 161 restorations. The control group used Vitapan 3D shade,while the experimental groups used Crystaleye,a computer-aided colorimeter. After restoration,the color of the restoration one and the control tooth (which was the reference one of the natural tooth),was measured and analyzed by Crystaleye. Then we calculated total color differences(△E)between the reference tooth and the restoration tooth. We also recorded the patient satisfaction rate. Results    Compared the results from control and experimental groups,△E and patient satisfaction rate was respectively 66.24% and 80.12%, and the difference between them was statistically significant. Conclusion    Crystaleye computer colorimeter is better in guiding the color reproduction of the glass infiltrated alumina ceramic crowns and improving the clinical repair effects of glass infiltrated alumina ceramic crowns in patients.
