摘要：

提要：根管治疗的根尖止点控制包括确定工作长度、工作宽度以及根尖区的根管形态等。本文从根尖区解剖、保持根尖通路和通畅、根尖区预备以及根尖止点和预后的关系等四方面讨论根尖止点控制的重要性。

Abstract:

Summary：It’s very important to control the apical stop when performing root canal therapy. This article discusses some issues including anatomy of apical regions， the roles of patency file and path file， the preparation of apical regions and the relationship between apical stop control and prognosis.
