成人正畸牙移动方式对牙根吸收影响研究

摘要：

目的    探讨成人正畸治疗中牙移动方式对牙根吸收的影响。方法    随机挑选南京大学医学院附属口腔医院2004—2009年经固定矫治器矫治完成的病例120例，根据牙齿垂直向移动方式不同，分为压低组、伸长组及对照组，每组40例。用患者治疗前后全口曲面断层片测量上颌中切牙的牙根长度。结果    治疗后压低组上颌中切牙牙根吸收值显著高于伸长组与对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0. 01）；而伸长组与对照组牙根吸收值之间差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论    压低可引起明显的牙根吸收，临床医生必须向敏感体质患者提前说明这个风险。

Abstract:

Objective    To evaluate the tooth movement characteristics in relation to root resorption in adults. Methods        A total of 120 cases were selected. Panoramic radiographs were studied before and after treatments. The variations of root length before and after treatments were measured according to the different tooth movement characteristics. Results    There was significant statistical difference on the variations of root resorption between the intrusion group and the extrusion group or the control group（P < 0. 01），while there was no significant statistical difference on the same value between the extrusion group and the control group（P > 0.05）. Conclusion    Intrusion of teeth causes more root resorption than extrusion. Every clinician should be aware that the intrusion of teeth might also cause root resorption in susceptible patients.
