现代口腔局部麻醉技术的新观念和新方法

  • 作者简介:侯劲松，医学博士、副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中山大学光华口腔医学院口腔颌面外科副主任。兼任广东省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员、秘书，《中华口腔医学研究杂志（电子版）》、《中山大学学报医学科学版》审稿专家等职。从事口腔颌面外科医、教、研工作17年，对口腔颌面部肿瘤临床防治及基因治疗有深入研究。近10年发表专业论文50篇，参编专著6部。负责部省级科研课题6项，参与的课题 “口腔鳞癌发病分子机制及基因治疗实验研究”获教育部提名国家科学技术奖科技进步二等奖。

摘要：

提要：经典的口腔局部麻醉技术已为临床医生熟知，本文着重介绍近年来口腔局部麻醉实施过程中的一些新观念和新方法，包括局麻注射的无痛操作技术、合理的麻醉方式的选择依据、麻醉时间的控制、麻醉作用的逆转，以及经腭入路上牙槽前神经阻滞麻醉技术、上牙槽前中神经阻滞麻醉技术和计算机控制的局麻药物输送系统-牙周韧带内注射技术。

Abstract:

Summary：The classic technique of local oral anesthesia has been well known in the clinicians. This article focuses on the new concepts and methods engendered in the process of execution. It mainly includes painless operation technique，selective standard of reasonable anesthetic mode，time controlling and anesthesia reversal，and emphasized in the introduction of the technique of palatal-anterior superior injection （P-ASA），anterior middle superior alveolar injections（AMSA） and computer-controlled local anesthetic drug delivery system - periodontal ligament injection（C-CLAD-PDL）.
