钛种植体表面微弧氧化技术研究进展

摘要:

提要:微弧氧化是一种表面处理的新技术,是通过热化学、等离子体化学和电化学的共同作用,在金属表面原位生成氧化物陶瓷膜的方法。通过调节电解液成分和实验的电参数,可以改善膜层微结构和生物活性,本文就微弧氧化技术的基本原理、电解液成分、实验电参数及氧化膜的性质做一综述。

关键词: 微弧氧化, 钛, 种植体, 氧化膜, 生物相容性

Abstract:

Summary:As a new surface technology, microarc oxidation is a method that can form the ceramic coating on metal surface through thermochemical, plasma chemical and electrochemical co-infection. Through adjusting the component of electrolytic solution and experimental electro-parameter, we can improve the microstructure of the ceramic coating and bioactivity. In this paper such information of microarc oxidation is reviewed,including its basic principle, the component of electrolytic solution , experimental electro-parameter and the properties of the ceramic coating.
