牙拔除术的标准方法

  • 作者简介:汪湧，副教授、副主任医师。现工作于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面外科。兼任中华口腔医学会牙槽外科学组副组长等职。从事牙槽外科和颌面部神经疾患的诊治20余年，擅长颌面和牙槽部良性肿瘤的手术治疗和修复、各类复杂牙齿的拔除及三叉神经和面神经的手术和非手术治疗。在国内外首创使用牵引治疗拔除压迫下牙槽神经的第三磨牙。对口腔黏膜的缺损修复也有独特的治疗方法。发表论文10余篇，参编了《邱蔚六口腔颌面外科学》、《口腔颌面外科手术学》、《口腔局部麻醉与口腔门诊急救》等6部专著的编写。并参与教学工作。

摘要：

牙拔除术是口腔颌面外科最常用、最基本的手术，不良的操作方法会造成软、硬组织的创伤，并影响拔牙创的愈合及今后义齿的修复，标准化和规范化的拔牙方法不但可减少拔牙时间和创伤，而且可降低拔牙风险和并发症的发生。

Abstract:

Tooth extraction surgery is widely adopted in oral and maxillofacial department.Dental extraction malpractice will cause trauma of soft and hard tissue and affect the healing of tooth socket and dentrue restoration as well.Standardization and standardized extraction methods can reduce not only the operation time and trauma of extraction， but also the risks and complications.
