咬合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病现状

摘要：

提要：颞下颌关节紊乱病（TMD）是口腔临床常见病之一，其治疗方法众多。咬合板作为一种保守、可逆的治疗方法被广泛应用在TMD的治疗上。然而，各类咬合板治疗TMD的疗效尚不完全明确，本文结合近年来国内外文献对其进行综述。

Abstract:

Summary： Temporomandibular disorders （TMD） is one of the common diseases in dental clinics. There are many kinds of treatment methods. Occlusal splint therapy is a conservative and reversible method that is widely used in the management of TMD. However， the effect of various types of occlusal splint for TMD was indefinite. This is a review of the study on occlusal splint therapy for TMD on the basis of domestic and abroad document.
