颌骨缺损赝复体修复前心理干预对患者满意度影响的研究

摘要:

目的    探讨颌骨缺损赝复体修复前心理干预对患者满意度的影响。方法    选择2007年2月至2009年10月在中国医科大学口腔医学院修复科门诊就诊的24例上颌骨缺损患者,随机分为两组。试验组12例,赝复体修复前对其进行心理干预;对照组12例,修复前未进行心理干预,修复后常规医嘱。调查两组患者修复1个月和3个月后对修复体的满意度。结果    试验组与对照组相比,赝复体修复1个月和3个月后语音功能、咀嚼功能、舒适性等差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05);美观程度和固位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论    对颌骨缺损行赝复体修复的患者,修复前心理干预可提高其对修复体的满意度。

Abstract:

Objective    To discuss the effect of healthy education and mental intervention on satisfaction of patients before maxillofacial. Methods    We selected 24 out-patients with maxillary defect in the prosthodontics of our hospital from  February 2007 to October 2009. Outpatients were randomly divided into experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12).Patients in control group received health education but didn’t receive mental intervention before prosthesis.Satisfaction of complete denture was evaluated in the first and third month after prosthesis. Results            The speech function, masticatory function and comfort were statistically different between experimental group and control group after 1 month and 3 months (P < 0.05);aesthetic level and retention were not statistically different (P > 0.05). Conclusion    Healthy education and mental intervention before prosthesis can improve the satisfaction of maxillofacial prosthesis patients.
