医用生物蛋白胶在完全埋伏阻生牙拔除术中的应用

摘要：

目的    评价医用生物胶在完全埋伏阻生牙拔除术中应用的临床效果。方法    选择2007年7月至2008年6月中山大学附属口腔医院诊治的68例完全埋伏阻生牙患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组34例。常规拔除完全埋伏阻生牙并缝合后，试验组向拔牙创内注入生物蛋白胶，对照组拔牙创内不注射任何药物。观察术后出血时间、肿胀、疼痛及张口受限情况。结果    试验组患者拔牙后出血时间少于对照组，肿胀、疼痛及张口受限的发生率也都明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论    医用生物蛋白胶具有封闭拔牙创、促进愈合的作用，在完全埋伏阻生牙拔除术中应用安全、有效、可靠。

Abstract:

Objective    To assess the clinical effects of the application of biomedical fibrin glue to the extraction of totally impacted teeth. Methods    From July 2007 to June 2008， 68 cases  diagnosed with totally impacted teeth in Hospital of Stomatology， Sun Yat-sen University，were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. After regular extraction of the teeth and suturing of the gingiva， the socket in experiment group was filled with biomedical fibrin glue while the socket in control group was treated regularly. The postoperative bleeding time， pain， swelling and degree of opening mouth were observed and compared. Results     The data showed  the postoperative bleeding time in experiment group was  significantly shorter than in control group，and the incidences of the pain，swelling and limitation of mouth opening were also significantly lower than in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion    Biomedical fibrin glue is safe， effective and reliable in the application of the extraction of totally impacted teeth by blocking the extraction fossa and promoting healing.
