流动树脂用于窝沟釉质成形术效果观察

摘要：

目的    探讨流动树脂用于窝沟釉质成形术的临床效果。方法    2007年12月至2008年6月昆明医学院附属口腔医院收治的中磨牙窝沟龋患儿84 例（336颗患牙），按就诊顺序随机分为试验组和对照组，各168颗患牙。试验组使用流动树脂行窝沟釉质成形术，对照组使用传统的窝沟封闭剂行窝沟釉质成形术。随访观察1年。结果    封闭后6个月，试验组和对照组的保留率差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；1年后，试验组流动树脂保留率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论    行窝沟釉质成形术治疗已形成可疑龋坏的磨牙时，流动树脂效果优于普通窝沟封闭剂。

Abstract:

Objective    To compare the clinical effect of the flowable composite and fissure sealant to treat pit and fissure caries of the youth. Methods    Experimental group （168 teeth）used the flowable composite to treat pit and fissure caries of the youth. Control group （168 teeth）used the pit and fissure sealant to treat pit and fissure caries of the youth.One-year follow-up was made. Results    The retention rate of experimental group and the control group had no distinct difference after 6 months. The retention rate of experimental group was higher than the control group （P < 0.05） after 1 year. Conclusion      Flowable composite can be used to treat the pit and fissure caries of the youth as prevention material with better effect than the fissure sealant.
