  • 作者简介:林崇韬，医学博士、教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。1984年获原白求恩医科大学学士学位，1990—2004年曾先后4次到日本朝日大学、大阪大学进修学习。现任吉林大学口腔医学院牙周病科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙周病专业委员会委员，中华口腔医学会老年病专业委员会常务委员，吉林省口腔医学会常务理事，《口腔医学研究》杂志编委。在国内、外核心期刊发表论文30余篇，获吉林省科技进步奖三等奖1项。

摘要：

提要：龈下刮治和根面平整术是牙周病基础治疗的最重要手段，普遍应用的龈下刮治器械分为手用和超声波两种。常规全口行龈下刮治和根面平整，可分4～6次进行，也可一次性完成。无论是采用手工还是超声波刮治器械进行龈下刮治和根面平整均能明显改善临床症状和微生物学指标，并取得良好疗效。

Abstract:

Summary： Subgingival scaling and root planing are significant as methods in initial periodontal therapy. Ultrasonic and hand instrumentations are usually used in the treatment. The patients receive quadrant scaling and root planing for 4～6 times， or full-mouth scaling for once. Both ultrasonic and hand instrumentations lead to an improvement of the clinical and microbiological parameters，and have the same positive influence .
