下颌骨骨折的治疗

  • 作者简介:何黎升，第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科教授、主任医师，硕士研究生导师。1980年毕业于第四军医大学口腔医学系， 1991年赴日本大阪大学齿学部第一口腔外科学习，1993年获博士学位。主要研究方向：口腔颌面创伤、正颌外科、颌骨缺损的功能修复及颅颌面畸形整复。兼任陕西口腔医学会常务理事、中华口腔医学会颌面外科专业委员会修复重建协作组副组长、中华康复医学会修复重建外科专业委员会颅颌面外科学组副组长、中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会创伤学组委员、国家自然科学基金委员会评审专家、《中华口腔医学杂志》、《华西口腔医学杂志》特邀审稿专家。承担及参加多项国家、军队课题研究，发表论文70余篇。主编专著1部，参编10部。获国家科技进步二等奖、军队科技进步一等奖、军队科技进步二等奖各1项，省级科技进步二等奖2项。

摘要：

提要：由于下颌骨解剖位置的关系，其损伤发生率在颌面部诸骨中位居首位。下颌骨骨折的治疗原则是重建其解剖形态和恢复正常的咬合关系。治疗方法则根据伤者的年龄、骨折类型、全身情况等选择不同手术入路与固定方式。由于下颌骨骨折所涉及内容较多，包括检查与诊断、部位与分类、成人与儿童等，本文主要就下颌骨骨折治疗中的手术入路、固定方法和常见并发症加以阐述。

Abstract:

Summary：Because of the special anatomic position， the incidence rate of mandibular fracture is at the first place in maxillofacial areas. The aim of the treatment for mandibular fracture is to restore the anatomic structure and normal occlusion relationship. The methods of treatment are based on the age， fracture type， general condition， etc. And the surgical approach and fixation styles should be considered. Many issues are involved in the treatment of mandibular fractures， including examination and diagnosis， location and classification，ages，etc. This paper is focused on the surgical approach， fixation methods and common complications.
