颧骨复合体骨折的治疗

  • 作者简介:李祖兵，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任武汉大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科教研室主任、第一口腔颌面外科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会创伤学组副组长（候任组长），湖北省口腔医学会常务理事，武汉大学学术委员会委员，《中华口腔医学杂志》、《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》、《口腔颌面外科杂志》等十余种专业学术刊物编委。专业领域为颌面部创伤、颌骨缺损的修复重建、颌骨畸形的正颌矫治。曾在美国纽约大学Brookdale医疗中心及美国密苏里大学牙学院进修。先后主持3项国家自然科学基金项目与7项省、市级科研项目。获省部级科技进步二等奖3项、三等奖4项。主编和参编专著12部，发表论文150余篇。国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。

摘要：

提要：颧骨复合体骨折（zygomatic complex fractures，ZCF）是颌面部常见的骨折之一，近年来发病率呈上升趋势。目前，颧骨复合体骨折的治疗包括保守治疗和手术治疗两类。随着“功能与外形双项标准” 的提出，颧骨复合体骨折的开放治疗逐渐增多。本文介绍了颧骨复合体骨折治疗的现状以及存在的问题，并对颧骨复合体骨折的规范治疗做一简述。

Abstract:

Summary：Zygomatic complex fractures are common in maxillofacial fractures， and the incidence rises in recent years. At present， the treatment for zygomatic complex fractures includes conservative and surgical techniques. With the temporal trend in function and appearance double-standard of zygomatic complex fractures treatment， surgical treatment of zygomatic complex fractures is gradually increasing. This article describes the current situation in zygomatic complex fractures treatment and existing problems， and makes a brief introduction in the management guideline of zygomatic complex fractures.
