酪蛋白磷酸肽抑制人牙釉质脱矿作用的体外实验研究

摘要: 摘要:目的 探讨体外酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPPs)抑制人牙釉质脱矿的作用。方法 选择2006年6—8月在山西医科大学口腔医院因正畸治疗拔除的健康前磨牙30颗,制作30粒圆形平面开窗区釉质块(直径4 mm),其余部分由抗酸指甲油涂抹封闭。根据开窗区釉质的显微硬度(HK0.02),将30粒釉质块完全随机分为5组,每组6粒,分别进行5种不同处理(A组:去离子水 和去离子水;B组:CPPs 和 去离子水;C组:去离子水和乳酸;D组:CPPs和乳酸;E组:氟保护剂和乳酸),使用原子吸收光谱分析法检测釉质表面溶出钙量,比较各组溶出钙量的差别。结果 A组、B组和E组间钙溶出量差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),C组和D组间钙溶出量差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),但A组、B组和E组均比C组和D组溶出钙量少,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 CPPs没有直接阻止脱矿的作用,但也不会使釉质表面发生脱矿;氟保护剂形成的漆膜能够有效抵抗酸的腐蚀作用。

Abstract: Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of CPPs(casein phosphopeptides)in inhibiting human enamel demineralization in vitro. Methods Thirty enamel pieces were randomly divided into five groups, each with six. The 5 groups were given five different treatments (Group A:deionized water + deionized water;Group B:CPPs + deionized water;Group C:deionized water + lactic acid;Group D:CPPs + lactic acid;Group E: fluor protector + lactic acid). The amount of calcium from enamel surface detected by atomic absorption spectrometry was compared among 5 groups. Results There was no significant difference among A,B and E groups in the amount of calcium dissolution (P > 0.05). The difference between C and D was significant (P > 0.05). But the amount of calcium dissolution from A,B and E groups was less than C and D respectively, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion CPPs doesn’t prevent demineralization directly,and will not enable the demineralization of enamel surface. Fluor protector film has effective resistance to the acid.
