极固宁TM对金瓷全冠牙体预备后牙髓组织中热休克蛋白70表达影响的研究

摘要: 目的 研究极固宁TM对金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备后不同时期活髓基牙牙髓组织中热休克蛋白70表达的影响。方法 2005年11月至2007年1月在福建医科大学附属口腔医院选择因正畸治疗需要而计划对称性拔除30对(共60颗)同颌同名前磨牙的患者20例,按照随机、自身对照、双盲设计原则,将30对同颌同名前磨牙随机分为A、B、C 3份(每份10对),再将每对同颌同名前磨牙随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组:在牙预备体表面涂布极固宁TM后用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀黏固暂时冠;对照组:在牙预备体上用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀黏固暂时冠。A、B、C 3份研究牙分别于牙体预备后1、2、3周拔除。常规组织病理切片经免疫组织化学染色,进行计算机图象分析热休克蛋白70在牙髓组织中的表达量。 结果 金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备后1周时,热休克蛋白70在对照组牙髓组织中表达明显高于实验组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);而金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备后2周和3周时,实验组和对照组的牙髓组织中热休克蛋白70表达差别无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。结论 极固宁TM可以明显减少金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备后活髓基牙牙髓组织的伤害反应。

Abstract: Objective To study the influence of Green or on the expression of heat shock protein70(HSP70) in the vital pulp at different time after porcelain fused to metal(PFM) crown preparation. Methods A total of 30 pairs of teeth were divided into A,B and C group(10 pairs/group), every 2 teeth from the same jaw of the patient were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the testing group: Green or was applied on the surface of preparations and then the human biscuspids in 20 patients, of which every 2 teeth were from the same patient and the same jaw, scheduled to be extracted for the orthodontic reasons and were prepared for PFM. These 30 pairs of teeth with temporary crowns were cemented with zinc oxide eugenol. In the control group: the temporary crowns were cemented with zinc oxide eugenol. According to the time of post-operation, the teeth were extracted at 1 week(A group), 2 week(B group) and 3 week(C group). The extracted teeth were prepared according to the normal histologic techniques. Immunohistochemistry was applied to observe the location of HSP70 in the pulp. The differences of the amount of HSP70 were determined by computer image analysis system. Results One week after the operation, the expression of HSP70 in the control group was higher than that in the testing group(P < 0.05). Two weeks and 3 weeks after the operation , there were no significant differences in the expression of HSP70 between the control group and the testing group(P > 0.05). Conclusion Green or distinctly decreases the pulpal injury after the PFM crown preparation.
