Abstract: Deflective occlusal contact is induced by excess and asymmetric abrasion， which is a common form of occlusal disease. Occlusal illness which brings on excess abrasion is very hackneyed in clinic. Especially， the elderly patients are in the majority. Patients always don’t attach importance to illness and often postpone the therapy opportunity， including face-shape changing， tooth disease， dental pulp disease and even TMD illness. In the clinic， it’s possible to cure the patients with occlusal disease by oral rehabilitation. New occlusal contact was built， which not only changed face-shape and tooth， but also resumed the function of chew system， tooth surrounding tissue and temporomandibular joint， TMJ.
