口腔颌面外科临床进展一瞥

摘要： 在19～20世纪的200年中，外科学领域出现了至少5个里程碑式的事件：即全身麻醉（乙醚）的应用，抗菌技术的问世，抗生素（青霉素）的发现，水与电解质平衡理论的建立以及器官（肾）移植的突破。21世纪以来，医学已步入新的生物医学时代，并从单一的生物学模式过渡到生理－心理－社会医学模式。和整个外科领域一样，口腔颌面外科临床在微创外科、数字医学、功能性外科以及生物医学工程学等方面有着较快的发展。本文旨在从理念上对这4个问题进行简要介绍和述评。

Abstract: During the 19th and 20th century， there were at least 5 milestones in the field of surgery，including： （1） the application of general anesthesia （ether）; （2）the generation of asepsis; （3）the discovery of antibiotic （penicillin）; （4）the establishment of the water-electrolyte balance theory; and （5）the breakthrough of organ （kidney） transplantation. Since the 21st century， medical science has been stepping into a new biology epoch and the medical model has been shifted from single biology model to physio-psycho-society medical model. Just like the whole field of surgery， there are rapid development in some respects in the 21 century，such as （1） minimally invasive surgery， （2）digital medicine， （3）functional surgery， and （4）biomedical engineering in oral and maxillofacial surgery. This paper gives a brief introduction and commentary in those 4 aspects.
