自制清热解毒方剂治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效观察

摘要：

目的 自拟清热解毒方剂治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）疗效观察。方法 选取2007年1月至2008年1月在沈阳市口腔医院就诊的RAU患者120例，随机分为治疗组66例和对照组54例，分别采用自制清热解毒方剂和意可贴（醋酸地塞米松贴片）进行治疗，对其疗效进行观察。结果 治疗组平均溃疡期和疼痛指数明显低于对照组，分别为（4.47 ± 1.18）d对（4.96 ± 1.89）d、1.96 ± 0.74对2.36 ± 0.94，差异均具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 自制清热解毒方剂治疗RAU疗效明显，值得推广。

Abstract:

objective Study the efficacy self-made prescription of Qingrejiedu for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods We selected clinical cases of 120 recurrent aphthous ulcer. The cases were randomly divided into treatement and control group，treated with self-made prescription of Qingrejiedu and Yiketie（dexamethasone acetate patch）respectively. Results The average period of ulcer and pain index in self-made prescription of Qingrejiedu group were obviously lower than control group，there being significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion It is shown that self-made prescription of Qingrejiedu has remarkable effect in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer.
