口泰和复方茶多酚含漱液在固定正畸矫治中预防牙龈炎效果的研究

摘要： 目的 观察口泰和复方茶多酚含漱液在固定正畸治疗中对牙龈炎的防治效果。方法 选取2005—2006年在遵义医学院附属口腔医院门诊进行固定正畸矫治的病例40例，随机分为两组（每组各20 例） ，分别使用口泰和复方茶多酚含漱液，观察正畸治疗前及治疗后1，2，3 个月时牙龈炎发生情况，对牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）进行检测 ，并对两组情况进行比较。结果 使用不同含漱液后两组之间的GI、PLI 差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05 或 <0.01）。结论 复方茶多酚含漱液对固定正畸患者牙龈炎症的预防效果优于口泰。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Koutai mouthrinse and compound tea polyphenols oral rinse on preventing gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods Forty malocclusion patients with fixed appliances were randomly divided into two groups and each group consisted of 20 cases. Koutai mouthrinse and compound tea polyphenols oral rinse were used respectively. Observation was made on gingivitis before and after 1、2、3 month of the treatment. The changes of gingival index（GI） and plaque index（PLI）） were measured and compared. Results There was significant difference in gingival index（GI） and plaque index（PLI）） between two groups after using rinse（P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）. Conclusion Compared with the Koutai mouthrinse， the compound tea polyphenols oral rinse has better preventive effect on gingivitis
