应用快速成形技术制作上颌埋伏牙个体化牵引装置

摘要:

目的 快速成形技术应用于埋伏牙个体化牵引装置的设计与制作。方法 选择2006年10月至2007年3月就诊于首都医科大学口腔医学院正畸科的4例上颌埋伏牙患者,其螺旋CT图像经三维重建,得到埋伏牙数字化模型,通过计算机辅助设计系统(CAD)设计个体化牵引装置三维模型,设计完成后以STL格式输入快速成形设备加工树脂模型。结果 个体化埋伏牙牵引装置的底板与术前确定的拟暴露牙面部位形态匹配,可达到紧密贴合,且牵引钩的位置、形状和数目可以根据临床牵引的不同需要进行设计。结论 初步实现了埋伏牙个体化牵引装置的计算机辅助设计与快速成型制作,有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:

A technique for fabricating attachment for canine traction using rapidprototyping. YANG Yun*, BAI Yu-xing, DONG Hui, QI Peng, SUN Sheng-jun. *Department of Orthodontics, School of Stomatology, Capital Medical University,Beijing 100050, ChinaAbstract: Objective To explore a new method of fabricating individualized attachment bonded to impacted tooth using rapid prototyping. Methods Digital data of impacted tooth obtained from spiral CT was input into computer-aided design (CAD) program to design the individualized attachment, which was then produced as resin models with the rapid prototyping equipment. Results The resin attachments fit good to specific bonding area of the impacted tooth and their traction hooks could be designed and adjusted for specific needs. Conclusion 3D resin model of the individualized attachment is preliminarily accomplished. The procedure can facilitate tooth traction and be of value in clinical application.
