  • 作者简介:李伟，医学博士。现任四川大学华西口腔医学院教授、博士研究生导师，口腔疾病研究国家重点实验室副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔材料专业委员会副主任委员，四川省口腔医学会理事，国际牙科研究会（IADR）会员，国际和日本磷灰石研究会会员，中国生物材料学会会员，中国生物医学工程学会会员，《国际口腔医学杂志》副主编，《Chinese Journal of Dental Research》、《华西口腔医学杂志》和《中国口腔医学年鉴》编委。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家“863”计划项目、教育部重大项目以及四川省重大项目等10余项，在国内外学术期刊和学术大会上发表学术论文100余篇。为四川省有突出贡献优秀专家，四川省医药卫生学术带头人。

摘要：

提要：氧化锆陶瓷是口腔修复材料研究热点，结合计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作（CAD／CAM）、粉浆涂塑等技术可以制作冠桥等修复体。本文将从微观结构和组成角度，对牙科常用氧化锆陶瓷种类、特点、美学效果和临床应用进展做一概述，供相关医务人员和科研工作者在从事氧化锆全瓷材料相关工作时参考。

Abstract:

Summary： Zirconia ceramics have attracted considerable interest in the research of restorative dental materials. In combination with the slip-cast and CAD／CAM techniques， it could be introduced for the fabrication of crowns and multi-unit bridges. The microstructure and chemical composites are the key factors of determining the properties of zirconia. The purpose of this review is to overview the types of zirconia dental ceramics， as well as their characteristics， the property of esthetics and clinical application in order to improve the clinical applications，
