关于舌癌治疗的几点建议

  • 作者简介:张陈平，教授、主任医师、博士生研究导师。1982年毕业于原上海第二医学院口腔系，获学士学位。1989年获原上海第二医科大学口腔颌面外科硕士学位。1992年获博士学位。在1998—2000年期间，分别赴香港大学，北京、天津、上海肿瘤医院头颈外科以及美国Mount Sinai 医学中心和Sloan Kettering癌症中心进修学习。1997年入选上海市卫生局“跨世纪优秀学科带头人百人培养计划”，主攻“颌骨缺损功能性重建的系列研究”。目前担任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会口腔颌面头颈肿瘤学组组长，中国抗癌协会理事、头颈肿瘤外科专业委员会常委，国际AO内固定协会教员等职务。在临床工作方面，擅长口腔颌面－头颈肿瘤的外科治疗尤其是术后缺损畸形的功能性重建。近年来主持完成国家及省部级课题13项，发表论文184篇，主编或参与编写专著18本。自1998年以来主持的国家级“显微外科技术在口腔颌面外科中的应用”继续教育学习班，已培养了数百名国内外专门人才。

摘要：

提要：舌癌是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤，治疗比较棘手。目前舌癌的治疗方案及治疗效果，在不同医疗单位之间，尚存在较大的差异。如何规范舌癌治疗方法，提高国内整体治疗水平，对于每一位口腔颌面－头颈肿瘤外科医生来说都是一项艰巨的任务。本文旨在通过对舌癌治疗方面的思考，抛砖引玉，希望为制定国内舌癌治疗规范打开一扇窗口，提高舌癌的治疗效果。

Abstract:

Summary： Tongue cancer is the most common malignancy which is difficult to treat in the oral maxillofacial and neck region. It is our great duty to improve the treatment result of tongue cancer and to benefit the patients by standardizing the treatment protocol for tongue cancer， because there is some difference of treatment level between the different hospitals and regions in our country. The aim of this article is to throw out a minnow to catch a whale and to open a window of standardization of treatment protocol for tongue cancer， and to promote the treatment result of tongue cancer.
