微种植体辅助上颌快速扩弓技术临床应用研究进展

摘要： 微种植体辅助上颌快速扩弓（micro-implant-assisted rapid palatal expansion，MARPE）技术出现于21世纪初，其是将微种植体与上颌快速扩弓技术结合用于青春期晚期及成年患者，可实现更稳定高效的上颌骨横向扩展。近年来，MARPE技术在全球范围内得到广泛应用和研究。文章就MARPE技术的发展历程、临床应用、个性化设计与数字化制造及创新性研究进展做一综述，为正畸临床医生提供参考。

Abstract: The micro-implant-assisted rapid palatal expansion（MARPE）technique firstly appeared in the beginning of the twenty-first century. It is a technique that combines the micro-implant with the rapid palatal expansion which is used in patients at late adolescence and adult patients，expanding the maxilla more stably and efficiently. In recent years，MARPE has been widely used and researched worldwide. This article reviews the development，clinical application，personalized design，digital manufacturing，and innovative research progress of MARPE technique，aiming to provide reference for clinical orthodontists.
