基于CiteSpace的口腔综合治疗台水路污染防控可视化分析

摘要: 目的    通过文献计量学方法分析国内外口腔综合治疗台水路污染防控的研究热点及发展趋势。方法    检索中国知网和Web of Science数据库核心合集中2004年1月至2024年7月发表的口腔门诊综合治疗台水路污染防控相关的研究文献,应用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对纳入文献的发文国家、机构、作者、共被引文献、共被引期刊及关键词等进行可视化分析。结果    最终纳入中文文献246篇、英文文献202篇,共计448篇。中英文文献发文量整体呈波动增长趋势,2016年中文文献发文量达到峰值,2021年英文文献发文量达到峰值。中文文献共涉及95个机构、139位作者,发文量较多的机构为天津市疾病预防控制中心(9篇)和中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所(5篇)。英文文献共涉及43个发文国家、91个机构、121位作者,发文量较多的国家为意大利(31篇)、美国(28篇)和中国(20篇),发文量较多的机构为卢布林医科大学(17篇)和法国国家科学研究中心(12篇)。Journal of the American Dental Association为共被引频次最多的期刊(158次)。中文文献中排名前3的高频关键词有消毒、细菌污染、污染,英文文献中排名前3的高频关键词有contamination、microbial contamination、biofilms。关键词聚类中英文文献均涉及环境、微生物污染、感染控制与监测3个方面。中文文献中突现度最强的关键词是细菌污染,近年突现关键词有生物膜、过氧化氢、消毒效果等;英文文献中突现度最强的关键词是infection,近年突现关键词有infection control、sodium hypochlorite等。结论   口腔综合治疗台水路污染防控相关研究热度不断增加,其研究热点主要聚焦于生物膜的控制,并逐步深入细化至探索生物膜的结构和多样性,以及感染控制的理化手段。

Abstract: Objective    To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of contamination prevention and control in dental unit waterlines at home and abroad by bibliometric methods. Methods    The CNKI and Web of Science database core collection were searched for research literature related to contamination prevention and control in dental unit waterlines published from January 2004 to July 2024. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to visualize the included literature by country,institution,author,co-cited literature,co-cited journal and keywords. Results    Finally 246 Chinese articles and 202 English articles,totaling 448 articles,were included. The number of Chinese and English articles published showed a fluctuating growth trend as a whole,with the number of Chinese articles published reaching the peak in 2016 and the number of English articles published reaching the peak in 2021. The Chinese articles involved 95 institutions and 139 authors,and the institutions with more articles were Tianjin Center for Disease Control and Prevention(9 articles)and National Institute of Environmental Health,China CDC(5 articles). The English articles involved 43 countries,91 institutions,and 121 authors,and the countries with more articles were Italy(31 articles),the United States(28 articles),and China(20 articles). The institutions with more articles were the Medical University of Lublin(17 articles)and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique(12 articles). Journal of the American Dental Association was the journal with the most co-citations(158 times). The top three high-frequency keywords in Chinese literature were disinfection,bacterial contamination,and contamination,while the top three high-frequency keywords in English literature were contamination,microbial contamination,and biofilms. In keyword clustering,both Chinese and English literatures involved three aspects:environment,microbial contamination,and infection control and monitoring. The keyword with the strongest burstness in Chinese literature was bacterial contamination,and the latest bursting keywords were biofilms,hydrogen peroxide,and disinfection effect;the keyword with the strongest burstness in English literature was infection,and the latest bursting keywords were infection control,sodium hypochlorite,etc. Conclusion    The research hotness on the contamination prevention and control in dental unit waterlines is increasing,and the research hotspots mainly focus on the control of biofilms,and gradually deepen and refine to the exploration of the structure and diversity of biofilms,as well as physical and chemical means of infection control.
