上前牙修复体切端设计细节

  • 作者简介:刘云松，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任北京大学口腔医院副院长。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会常务委员、口腔美学专业委员会常务委员，北京口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会副主任委员。长期从事口腔修复学相关临床、教学和科研工作。作为第一负责人先后承担国家级、省部级课题15项。作为第一或通信作者发表论文80余篇，其中ESI高被引论文2篇。2023—2024年连续入选全球前2%顶尖科学家年度榜单，获国家级教学成果二等奖、中华口腔医学会科技奖一等奖等国家级及省部级奖励20余项。2017年获评“首都十大杰出青年医师”，2021年获评“北京大学杰出青年医师”，2024年获评“青年北京学者”。获国家专利31项，4项已完成转化，形成成熟临床产品。

摘要： 上前牙修复在口腔美学设计中扮演着至关重要的角色，而对上前牙修复体切端的设计则是这一过程中的关键环节。文章深入探讨了上前牙修复体切端的美观与功能设计要素。在美观设计方面，详细讨论了静息时上中切牙切缘的位置、微笑时上前牙切缘连线、牙冠宽度、修复体的材料与类型；在功能设计方面，则着重于前导设计和语音功能的考量。综合这些因素及临床经验，文章提炼出一系列前牙修复体切端设计的技巧，旨在为临床实践提供实用的指导。

Abstract: Maxillary anterior teeth restoration plays a crucial role in dental aesthetic design，with the incisal edge design being a key element in this process. The article deeply explores the esthetic and functional design elements in incisal edge of maxillary anterior teeth prostheses. In terms of esthetic design，it provides a detailed discussion on the position of the incisal edge of the maxillary central incisors at rest，the incisal edge alignment of the maxillary anterior teeth during a smile，the crown width，and the materials and types of prostheses. From a functional standpoint，it emphasizes considerations of anterior guidance design and phonetic function. By integrating these factors with clinical experience，the article outlines a series of techniques for designing the incisal edge of anterior teeth prostheses，aiming to provide practical guidance for clinical practice.
