种植体支抗在磨牙矫治中临床应用

摘要：

提要：目前对磨牙问题的关注和研究使得正畸医生对错牙合机制的认识和矫治设计的理念正在发生某些改变。而针对主要由磨牙问题形成的错牙合畸形进行的磨牙矫治，无论是在设计思想还是矫治手段上，都是一类棘手的难题。近年来，微型种植体支抗技术得到快速发展，有助于在解决这类难题时提供崭新的思路。本文概述种植支抗和磨牙矫治的结合带给正畸设计和治疗理念上的变化。

Abstract:

Summary：Certain changes have taken place in mechanism of malocclusion and principle of orthodontic design，due to more attention to molar problems. Meanwhile， the molar correction is a kind of intractable problems either in orthodontic design or treatment method. Specially-designed mini-implants have been developed recently to obtain a stationary anchorage source， which will provide us with some helpful notions in resolving molar malocclusion. This article has summarized the clinical application of mini-implant anchorage to orthodontic treatment related to molar problems.
