困难气道识别与处理

摘要：

在临床麻醉、急救与复苏实践中，若喉镜暴露失败、面罩通气困难或失败，即所谓的困难气道，是麻醉科医生可能面临的危急事件。困难气道可发生在麻醉诱导、维持、拔管、苏醒及术后等各个阶段，与多种因素有关。本文就困难气道的定义、识别和处理等内容进行阐述。

Abstract:

Summary：Difficult airway，including failure to expose with direct laryngoscope or ventilation with mask，is a very critical event in clinical anesthesia and critical care medicine. Difficult airway may occur during anesthesia induction，maintenance stage，post-extubation stage as well as recovery period. This review mainly focuses on the definition，airway evaluation and recommended managements of difficult airway.
